The Mediterranean Researchers’ Night (MEDNIGHT) returned to Xanthi for the third consecutive year on 25 September 2026, hosted at Athena Research Center’s facilities at the Kimmeria University Campus.
The programme brought together more than 20 activities around Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Cultural Heritage, Archaeology, 3D technologies, Health, Language, Environment and Sustainability. For MediaLab, the event is especially relevant through its focus on digital twins, cultural heritage technologies, 3D virtual environments and public engagement with research.
